Thank you for shopping with Casey and Scout. We truly appreciate every customer who supports our small creative shop. Every order matters to us, and we want you to feel confident before placing yours.

Because our products are printed especially for you after your order is placed, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or a change of mind.

We know that may sound a little strict, but here is the reason. Our store uses an outside printer to print and ship your product at the time you place your order. That means your item is not sitting on a shelf waiting to be sold. It is made just for you.

This helps reduce waste, keeps unsold products from ending up in landfills, and helps prevent prices from rising even higher for everyone. Scout would definitely sniff out waste, and Casey would call it a full-blown product crime scene.

Our No Refund Policy

All sales are final once your order is placed.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Choosing the wrong color
  • Entering the wrong shipping address
  • Changing your mind after ordering
  • Deciding you no longer want the item
  • Not checking the size chart before ordering

Please review your order carefully before checking out. Make sure your size, color, design, quantity, and shipping address are correct before placing your order.

If We Make a Mistake, We Will Make It Right

If the mistake is on our end, we will absolutely make it right.

Please contact us if you receive:

  • The wrong product
  • The wrong size different from what you ordered
  • The wrong color from what you ordered
  • The wrong design
  • A product with a printing error
  • A damaged item

If we or our printing partner made the mistake, you will not have to pay shipping for the replacement item. No courtroom drama needed. Casey and Scout will get the clues, review the evidence, and help solve the case.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 4 days of delivery so we can work on a resolution for you.

Please email us at support@caseyandscout.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged item
  • A clear photo of the damaged area
  • A photo of the outer packaging, if the package was damaged
  • A short description of the issue

The more evidence you send, the faster we can investigate the case. Think of it as a tiny product crime scene. Photos help us prove what happened and get the issue handled as quickly as possible.

Size Exchanges

We do not offer size exchanges if the size you ordered does not fit.

Since each product is printed after your order is placed, we cannot take back one size and swap it for another. If you need a different size, you will need to place a new order.

Every product page includes a size chart. Please check the size chart before ordering and measure yourself if you are unsure.

This is especially important because we offer different brands of t-shirts and apparel. For example, if you know you wear a Large in a Comfort Colors 1717 shirt, that does not automatically mean you wear a Large in every other brand or style. Each brand can fit differently.

Please do not guess your size unless you are comfortable with the possibility that it may not fit the way you expected. Scout recommends measuring first. He has a nose for these things.

Wrong Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If an order is shipped to the address you entered at checkout, we are not responsible for replacing or refunding the order if that address was incorrect, incomplete, or outdated.

If you notice an address mistake immediately after placing your order, contact us as quickly as possible at support@caseyandscout.com. We cannot guarantee that the address can be changed once the order has gone into production or shipping, but we will do our best to help.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled after they are placed.

Because your order automatically goes to our printing partner, we are unable to stop it once it enters their production queue. Our printer handles a very large number of orders every day, and once the order is moving through production, it cannot be pulled back out.

Please double-check everything before checkout so there are no “oh no, the fries are missing” moments after the order is placed.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

In most cases, orders take about 2 to 4 business days to ship. Many orders ship closer to the 2-day side, but that can vary depending on the product, printing volume, and time of year.

During busy seasons like Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Christmas, and other holidays, printing and shipping times may be longer because printers are handling a much larger number of orders.

If you are ordering for a birthday, holiday, anniversary, party, or gift, please plan ahead when possible. We would much rather you get your order early than have a last-minute “missing cupcake” mystery on your hands.

Can I cancel my order after I place it?

Unfortunately, no. Once your order is placed, it automatically goes to our printer. They process a very large number of orders every day, and they cannot stop individual orders once they enter the queue.

Can I return my order if I picked the wrong size?

No. Since each item is printed just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size issues. Please check the size chart on the product page before ordering.

What if I receive the wrong item?

If you receive the wrong product, wrong size, wrong color, or wrong design due to our mistake or the printer’s mistake, please contact us at support@caseyandscout.com. We will help make it right.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 4 days of delivery. Send your order number, clear photos of the damaged item, and photos of the packaging if the package was damaged. Email everything to support@caseyandscout.com.

Is your website safe for credit card payments?

Yes. CaseyAndScout.com uses a trusted third-party payment processor to securely handle credit card payments. We do not see or store your full credit card number.

We have been selling online through our other sites since 2003, and we understand how important it is to feel safe when spending your hard-earned money online. We love and appreciate our customers, and we take your trust seriously.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Most orders ship within about 2 to 4 business days. Processing may take longer during busy holiday seasons or high-volume periods.

Will all items in my order ship together?

Sometimes items may ship separately, especially if they are printed by different production facilities or require different packaging. If your order arrives in more than one package, that does not mean anything is missing. The rest may still be on the way.

Do colors always look exactly like they do on my screen?

Colors may look slightly different from one screen to another. Phone, tablet, and computer screens can all show colors differently. We do our best to show product images clearly, but slight color differences are not considered defects.

What should I do before placing my order?
